ARCH 1212 - ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS
PREREQUISITE: None An introductory course to building materials and their use in construction with emphasis on their properties, selection criteria and methods of graphic representation. Examination of the architect's role in construction and selection of construction systems: foundation and enclosure systems; interior and exterior finishes; floor, ceiling, partition and roofing systems; and wood, masonry, steel, and concrete structural systems.
