BUSI 2208 - INTERCULTURAL BUSINESS
PREREQUISITE: ENGL 1411 or equivalent placement
A study of the essential concepts of international communication with an emphasis on the role of language in international business communications focusing on: cultural knowledge, individuals and groups within business cultures and organization of messages to other cultures. Major focus will include: nonverbal language in intercultural communication; information, decision and solutions; intercultural negotiation; legal and governmental considerations, and effectiveness of intercultural business communication.
