COSM 1213 - TEACHING METHODS APPLICATION
PREREQUISITE: Licensed cosmetologist or barber and COSM 1212 (or concurrent enrollment) This course is designed to allow students to apply theory learned in the teaching methods class. Students will be required to identify learning objectives, create lesson plans and deliver, evaluate and assess lessons that address the various learning styles and the learning process. In addition, students will be required to demonstrate effective classroom management techniques and how to deal with the classroom environment.
