An introduction to the concepts and features of computer information systems, with an emphasis on problem analysis and business applications. Topics covered include computer hardware, file organization and database, operating systems, programming languages, application software and systems analysis and design. Students will learn to use a variety of business application software. Enrollment is recommended for students pursing a degree in business.
