CULA 2202 - RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
The class focuses on developing skills in human relations, personal management, and evaluates styles of leadership in the context of hospitality management. The course also addresses the "nuts and bolts" of management: developing schedules and labor costs, the interview process, communication skills, job descriptions, training methods, employee evaluations, conflict resolution, time management and organizational techniques.
