CULA 2211 - AMERICAN REGIONAL CUISINES
Prerequisites: CULA 1201 and CULA 1203. The focus of this course is to expose students to the food culture and cooking of American regional dishes through production techniques, preparations and presentations. Emphasis will be placed on ingredients, flavor profiles, and techniques representative of the regional cuisines studied.
