MEDC 1208 - INTERM MEDICAL & CPT CODING
Prerequisites: ALH 1201, CSCI 1102, HECO 1202, MEDC 1206
This course covers ICD diagnostics and procedural coding conventions and guidelines for outpatient, inpatient, and ambulatory care. It also covers Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) which is a set of codes, descriptions, and guidelines that describe procedures and services performed by physicians and other qualified health care providers.
